The 200 Club was formed to raise money for Abergavenny Cricket Club by rewarding members with the opportunity to win cash prizes. Subscription is currently £30 and each subsequent family member is £25, payable in May, or soon after. 200 Club membership also gives non-playing membership of the Cricket Club.
Numbers are drawn monthly from July to December and there are 3 prizes. 1st prize is £200; 2nd £100 and 3rd £50, except in December when there are big prizes of £500; £200 and £100 respectively.
The funds are normally used for major capital projects such as ground machinery, maintenance or club refurbishments etc and it is a valuable source of revenue for the Club.
